The Programme

The Pathfinder programme is theatre-based: theatre being an art form, the proceedings are built on the group dynamics.

The programme is vibrant, drawing from the participants themselves. All of Ratan’s sessions are inter-linked, yet the focus could be on any area specified by you. His sessions are highly entertaining and fun. They follow a hands-on approach and are practical in nature, supported by several exercises on each of the following topics:

  1. Breaking inhibitions: getting people to be comfortable with themselves and with each other
  2. Using the body and body language: understanding how one projects feelings reading people’s behavior and actions
  3. Voice: communicating effectively through voice
  4. Listening skills: tuning in right leads to increased productivity
  5. Observation: understanding people we work with and meet
  6. Expression and Communication: getting the point across
  7. Characterization: understanding the self and others
  8. Improvisation: acting in the moment; dealing with unforeseen and sudden situations and people
  9. Pressure Management: dealing with time-bound project deadlines and people pressure
  10. Focus and Concentration: avoiding distractions and remaining focused on the job at hand
  11. Team spirit: coordinated team work working together to achieve objectives
  12. Initiative and Leadership: self-motivation forward drive: motivating team to achieve target
