MiSF!T (MISFIT – My Interest Stays Firmly in Theatre) is an acting studio based in Bangalore, and was started by Ratan Thakore Grant. Ratan firmly believes that anyone can act with a proper guidance, and to implement, and test this belief, he started conducting acting workshops in 2001.

Over a period of time, he has reached out to hundreds, irrespective of whether they are taking up acting as a career or not, and irrespective of their age. The students at MiSF!T (Misfit) have included software engineers, news reporters, businessmen, scientists, musicians, dancers, painters, photographers, doctors, educationists, college students, graduate students, business executives, hoteliers, apart from the usual crowd of professional actors, varying from the age of 16 to 62 (though there’s no limit on the upper bound!).

Acting, can enrich ones life in many ways, and MiSF!T (Misfit) aims to achieve that using 2 courses referred to as the “L1 Beginners” and the “L2 Advanced”
