Hii 🙂

I’m Pratik Chakraborty (Junior 🙂 ). First of all I would like to thank Baba for letting me in even after I missed the first four classes. Actually I missed all the fun that others had in those four classes. I would thank him again for giving me this opportunity to learn acting and try to perform on stage.

I grew up in a family whose male members are theatre actors. My liking for theatre had developed from seeing them perform on stage. But unfortunately, I never had got an opportunity to learn acting which I always wanted to. Unlike many others, I never had imagined myself as a cinema hero or something, rather had a desire to perform in front of live audience just like I do in my dance performances.

All these years until I came to Bangalore that desire of learning the art of acting was dormant inside me. But after coming here, I felt that let me not die an empty vessel, let me listen to my soul. And yeah, that enlightenment made me surf through the Internet and find out places where they teach acting. I found many places, read about them, even left a message with the hope that they would reply to my request. But none did except MISF!T. And one fine day suddenly, I got a call from Baba stating that I need to be at the studio to register for the classes. Although there was lot of confusion regarding my phone number and I think that confusion exists even till the present date 😀 . I was really overjoyed to get a call from MISF!T. Finally my calls were heard and my endless waiting would be over. And I eagerly waited for that particular day to come. The day came, I was little nervous but excited too. I went to the studio, got registered for the classes. But as I said, I missed the first 4 classes. But it was Baba’s kindness that he let me in and did not scold me at all.

Now, our level 1 is getting over. Gradings have come. I’m nervous, excited as well. I only wish that I may be able to perform well on the stage and not make Baba upset. 🙂 This will be my Gurudakshina for Baba. Baba please give your blessings that I may perform well.

It was a great experience to learn from Baba. And obviously it was lot of fun. Thank you Baba for giving me this opportunity. Thank you so much.
