Dear Baba,
Sorry I took some time to write this feedback and send it, but the previous one I had tried writing a few days back sounded a lot like the definition of drama you had given on the first day. Below is an honest, from-the-heart version:
The six weekends of Level 1 acting workshop with M!SFIT was something I had been looking forward to do for over a year now. A lot of people asked me, “Why do you need to ‘learn’ acting? Everyone does it all the time in their lives anyway.” Honestly, I never had a suitable answer to that f***-all (i.e., baffling) question. What M!SFIT taught me though was the difficult part of truly being yourself – more importantly, truly knowing yourself. Perhaps, it is true that we are all veteran actors in our day-to-day lives. But sometimes (more often than you’d guess), it is very important to learn to unlearn. And that’s what M!SFIT helps you do. In order to truly be a great actor, you need to learn to be a more real version of yourself. When you do the Level 1 course, you’ll get to know that this makes all the difference between a good actor and a great one.
See you soon 🙂
Love,
Sruthi
