“Just Let Them…” – Audience Testimonials

I had never been to a play, before “Just let them…”, and frankly, I didn’t go in with a lot of expectations.
I had this mental image of Theatre as a bunch of Loud overacted sequences, meant exclusively for the intellectually gifted.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Words cannot even begin to explain how good a piece “Just let them” was. Every character well portrayed, every turn of script taut, every dialogue brilliantly witty.

This play takes you on a a journey through India through its characters, each a perfect representation. The actors, oh the actors, they all were masters of their own individual roles, each perfect in being who they are, each of them reminding you of someone you know from real life. I could connect with all of them with ease, and that made it all that more engrossing. They could make you laugh, and then switch to a heartrending delivery in the blink of an eye.

And the way it was all tied into one seamless story, amazing. Kudos to the director(s) who rallied this ensemble cast so well.
Brilliant lighting effects, ambience, set design and sound lead to an overall awe-some experience.
If there ever was a play to get you hooked to theater, this was it. I cant wait for more.

“JUST LET THEM” is the best play that I have ever seen in my life. It was a brilliant performance by all the actors. Infact I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how magnificent the play was. It is actually an even better feeling to watch “JUST LET THEM” from the front row, and finally a word about the actor who was showstopper, the man who stole the show and that too with such style and versatility. Balaji is just mind blowing, he is awesome, he is simply superb.
A special round of applause to Krishi, Venki,Vishal and Ratan for guiding this wonderful team. A huge round of applause to the cast and crew of “JUST LET THEM”. Gandhi class(front row) is the place to be when MISFIT performs.

MISFIT they call themselves but i would say a Total FIT. !!! I say that coz it was a mind blowing experience for me as a theatre lover…

Great Job by all the actors who put in their efforts to make this play a great one.

Ratan to make these young people put in so much of hard work and the results were seen on the day of the play.

Krishi , Venki Vishal for lovely direction .. it really put every person in the theatre to their seats as it was a experience to watch for…

Balaji for some super work on stage to make people love him and his character all the time while he was on stage..as for the other Actors, i would not wanna name all coz i would want people to watch it, and they will remember each one for the character what they portrayed…

It surely did make a person think for a while and it did give that relaxation which people needed in this fast paced life which we live in now…

All Characters were simple great in their own way as each person had to contribute in some way to make this play such a huge success….

i had to cut down my views in 3 parts as facebook gave me a POP up message just 1000 characters… :)Great work

A thought-provoking play with beautifully etched out characters.. I think each and every member of the audience found themselves empathising with them and their journey. Balaji Shanmuganath deserves a special mention (I don’t follow a word of Tamil but found myself laughing the hardest at his dialogues!). It was also very well organised and hats off to the organisers for ensuring it went off without a hitch. Brilliant sound and light effects.. all in all.. it was a great evening!
