Life is very beautiful because it gives you a lot of opportunities to work on why|how|what you want to be in life. I started by choosing why i wanted to become an actor and then came the how. Around then only one of my friends told me about misfit, an organisation for the actors. I enrolled in it and found out that i came into another world of its own. It was full of my own imaginations flying around here and there, interacting with each other but making no sense. Then came Ratan. I will call him the imagination-keeper. He has a unbelievable persona but with a tint of simplicity with which he can capture all the ideas,imaginations,energy flowing around him and channelize it.

The whole L1 course was a great journey where we learnt how to let go of our inhibitions, express our thoughts and imaginations, observe and understand every other being around and so on. As an actor i found out that this things are the fundamentals of acting. The rest is all about how you mix-n-match these. Lots of things were being taught like the actor’s equation, components of an actor, miming objects, characterisation, dialogues, lights, stage, 5W’s, fourth-wall etc etc. I would recommend anyone who wants to be an actor to join the course and feel the moment themselves.
